When ordering the E-Book be sure to download the book from the bottom left corner of your order acknowledgement page (receipt) before leaving that page. This is about 100 printed pages. The download may take a while, espeically on dial up connections. When you print on one side only (which we recommend) there will be eight blank pages, three at the beginning and five at the end. There will be a cover page and a spine label for a three ring view binder.
